Registration form for Calvary Chapel Scandinavia Conference 2010

Please fill out this form and click "submit registration" to register for this summer’s conference in Stockholm, Sweden.

IMPORTANT: Please note that your registration is not finalized until we have received the required payment of your attendance fee. This year, it is not possible to pay when you arrive.

Please list the required details for each person you hereby wish to register (you can only list people other than yourself if those people are either your spouse or your children with whom you wish to share a room. We kindly ask all other individuals to register themselves):

There are three choices of sleeping accommodations:

  1. private bedroom (with key)
  2. gender-divided dorms in classrooms with mattresses
  3. space to set up self-brought tent.

Please note that your accommodation booking will be processed based on a first-come-first-serve basis, however families and elderly attendees have highest priority in case of simultaneous overbooking.
